Aurélie Godbout

Research Assistant, MD

Background: Aurélie completed a medical degree at Laval University in 2018. Following a year of study in actuarial sciences, she decided to reorient herself in epidemiology, a field that combines both her interests in mathematics and health sciences. Aurélie will begin her M.Sc. in epidemiology in the fall of 2019 under the supervision of Dr. Marc Brisson.

Current projects: Aurélie is working on mathematical modeling of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination in low and middle-income countries. She will learn how to calibrate and use HPV-ADVISE, in order to make simulations and predictions of effectiveness for those countries.
